Meet Belovo!
Belovo is a small provincial town in the centre of Kemerovo region. Its population is about 70.000 people . It was founded by an escaped prisoner, Pheodor Belov.
It usually takes us an hour to go to Kemerovo by car or two hours by bus. We have very rich vegetation around our home town.
It was founded by an escaped prisoner, Pheodor Belov. In the last century it was famous by its coal mines. We celebrate Miner's Day on the last Sunday of August. We often attend concerts , play sport games, do firworks , sing popular songs and invite guests on this day!
Next Friday we will celebrate the New year. We decorate the New Year Trees, visit our nearest and dearest, dance and send e-mails. People love to stay with their families in the New Year's Eve!
